AS13100 and RM13000 specify the Problem-Solving standard for providers within the aero-engine industry, with the Eight Disciplines (8D) problem solving approach the basis for this standard. This two-day course provides you with the resources you need to become an 8D practitioner. The successful deployment of 8D minimizes the risk of recurrence and the cost of poor quality. This course contains deployment guidance, toolkit practical application exercises, and step-by-step guidance on each of the eight disciplines.

The SAE AS13100 standard specifies standards for incorporating Human Factors into the Aerospace Engine Supply Chain. This course will hlep you gain the skills to get compliant and optimize your organization's competence in human performance in maintenance and inspection. This foundational course will offer a complete review of Human Factors management in aviation and will highlight what people and organizations can do to reduce the effects of Human Factors inside their company.

Learn the fundamental techniques of Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Flow Diagrams, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and Control Plans as stated in AS13100 and RM13004. Get access to quality tools such as the Characteristics Matrix and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA). Our two day course features hands-on examples of FMEA deployment in a range of common manufacturing scenarios (including processing, machining, and assembly).
Corporate Learning
The use of APQP and PPAP technologies in product development effectively grows production and keeps your processes on track. These tools' requirements are standardized by AS9145, and the AESQ recently created and issued the AS13100 Standard for engine providers, which specifies how to utilize the tools in their work. The training in Chapters B and C of this course is necessary for quality management practitioners in aviation in general and aerospace engine suppliers in particular.
