As an experienced automotive quality engineer with a background in R&D and production quality management, Stacy has years of experience as a manager, leader, trainer, and speaker. Currently employed by Rivian Automotive as a Senior Quality Engineering Manager, his position requires the facilitation of communication across several production, engineering departments to understand and to mitigate quality problems and standardize business procedures. Additionally, in this role he utilizes critical managerial skills to develop talent and lead factory level projects and initiatives. Stacy has held leadership positions with multiple OEM’s (Hyundai, Honda, and Rivian). A graduate of Auburn University with a mechanical engineering degree, Mr. Marable enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as other activities such as the outdoors, strength training, and reading. He is the owner of Evaluate & Improve Consulting, a consulting and training company focused on business and personal development with the goal of helping people and companies achieve their highest potential and efficiency.
