This course presents the requirements of AS9100D and demonstrates how to interpret them within an organization. Designed for individuals who are involved with quality management systems, implementation, and auditing to the AS9100:2016 series of standards for Aviation, Space, and Defense, this course will provide an overview of the preparation for and execution of the audit process as defined in these revised standards. Estimated to take up to 24 -hours to complete, this course provides training on the standard itself but also insights on how to lead or conduct internal audits and supplier audits using AS9100D. This course does not complete the training component for Third Party Lead Auditor certification.

We recommend learners new to AS9100 first enroll in PD631835, AS9100D Auditor Training to gain background in the standard and how to manage an audit program.
